HISTORY

Founded in 1974 by Steve Lancaster as Lancaster Enterprises, In September 1995, the company was incorporated under the name Silverwood Landscape Construction, Inc.

Building an unmatched reputation as a trusted contractor and caretaker of some of California’s highest profile and successful landscapes. We’ve brought beauty and prestige, along with a full range of landscape services, to projects ranging from planned communities, hotels, apartments, retail and commercial centers, municipalities, golf courses, parks and resorts. In conjunction with our divisions and affiliates, we service clients locally and regionally in California.
